Carol E. (Cesero) Grey, age 73 passed away peacefully Sunday, February 18, 2018 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Grey. Carol was born in Bridgeport on February 20, 1944, the daughter of the late William and Julia (Halico) Cesero. She was a lifelong resident of Bridgeport before recently moving to Cheshire. Carol worked at Porsche of Fairfield for the last 13 years. She was employed previously for many years at Dorr-Oliver. Survivors include her devoted sisters, Judith Perham and her husband Jack of Cheshire and Linda Miller and her husband Michael of Cheshire; a step-son Thomas Grey and his wife Jill of Pennsylvania; nieces, Jill Davenport and husband Bill of Litchfield, Jennifer Mello and husband Robert of Litchfield and Lauren Smith of Cheshire; nephews, Scott Perham and wife Kristen of Bristol and Glenn Perham of Nashville, TN. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. from the Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull, and at 11 a.m. in St. Andrew Church, Bridgeport, with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be private.
