Elsie Shirley Snow Mills, age 89 of Stratford, beloved wife of the late Robert J. Mills, Sr., passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2017 in her home surrounded by her loving family. Elsie was born in Bridgeport, daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Lipecs Snow, and retired from JC Penny. Survivors include her son Robert J. Mills, Jr. of New Jersey, two daughters Debra Brett and husband Gerry of Stratford, and Sheila Prusak of Stratford, six grandchildren Michelle, Kelley, Stephanie, Wendy, Cori, and Ron, five great grandchildren Allison, Joey, Dylan, Devin, and Mason, extended family two granddaughters Gail and Nicole, a niece Colleen, and a cousin Kim. She was predeceased by a sister Faye Geresi, a daughter-in-law Karen Mills and son-in-law John Prusak. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00a.m., in the Redgate – Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull, with the Rev. George F. Goodwin, officiating. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may call Sunday from 3p.m. to 7p.m., in the funeral home.
