My dearest friend Dawn. My heart breaks for you and your family. Your Dad was a lucky guy having you all as children looking out and caring for him in his darkest days. You all handled this dreadful disease with grace and strength. Hang on to his memories and have his humor and contagious smile live on through all of you.

Love,

Ana Mendes

Tom or "Tommy", as we called him while growing up in Seaside Village, was indeed one of the nicest guys around. I can say, with much confidence, that there wasn't a mean bone in his body! His infectious smile , laugh and quick wit will remain forever in my mind. Praying that all will conjure those same fond memories; particularly at this period in time. Tommy Lawrence was, to put it succinctly, "a great guy!" Praying that God will place His comforting hand upon the entire family!

Tommy, we've been friends for over 50 years. First meeting in speech class at UNH in 1965. We became close friends while commuting back and forth from BPT. to New Haven for our 4 years of college. Your help in quizzing me before exams on our rides to class was in large part how I got through classes. Thanks Buddy.
Glad we got a chance to talk one last time at Christmas!
Rest In Peace Brother! Love & Friendship Forever, Don
