Alejandro Reyes, age 99, of Bridgeport, beloved husband of the late Aureo Reyes, died Wednesday, December 10, 2008, at St. Vincent's Medical Center. Alejandro was born in Peru and was a farm owner, making some of the finest cheese in Peru. Survivors include his loving children, a son, Alejandro Reyes of Bridgeport, four daughters, Violeta Moreno, Lenor Florian and Gladys DeVoe, all of Bridgeport and Edith Reyes of Peru, nine grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Friends may call Sunday, from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., in the Redgate – Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull, with a prayer service to be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
