Angelo A. Mastroianni, age 57 of Fairfield passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at St. Vincent's Medical Center. He was the beloved husband of Diane Brown Mastroianni. Born in Bridgeport to the late Paul and Lucy Caserta Mastroianni, he resided there until moving to Fairfield in 1981. Angelo received degrees from Sacred Heart University in Psychology and later Norwalk Tech in Computer Science. He also attended Fairfield University. He was employed by People's United Bank for 14 years as a programmer analyst. Angelo always cared for others throughout his life especially his parents and his work with the State of Connecticut. Survivors in addition to his wife include his son who he adored, Anthony A. Mastroianni, stepson Michael Anzellotti, his grandchildren, cousin Gilda Caserta, and many other cousins, nieces and nephews. Friends may call Friday, from 4pm to 8pm in the Redgate - Hennessy, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull with a prayer service at 5:00pm.
