Ann R. Lakatta, age 96, of Bridgeport, CT passed away Monday, March 14, 2022, in her home. Ann was born in Peckville, PA, daughter of the late John and Katherine Dronzak Lakatta and was a longtime Bridgeport resident. She retired as an executive secretary for Harvey Hubbell, Inc. Ann was a member of the Confraternity of the Rosary at St. Theresa Church, the Immaculate Heart League, and St. Theresa Seniors. Survivors include three nephews, Robert J. Pescatore, David Scubelek, and Edward Lakatta, a niece, Patricia Lakatta, a grandnephew, Robert J. Pescatore Jr., and grandnieces, Jennifer Zbell and Laura Jordan. She was also predeceased by a brother, Edward D. Lakatta and two sisters, Catherine Scubelek and Josephine Pescatore. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 21, at 10:30 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull, with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
