Arthur R. Ouellette, of Trumbull, CT, passed away on December 18, 2022.  Arthur was born on February 25, 1940, the son of Arthur J. Ouellette and Avis (Kingman) Ouellette.

Arthur's father was killed in action during World War II, and he is one of the three Ouellette brothers that are honored by the Ouellette Chapter of the Westport VFW.

Arthur grew up in Westport, MA, and was a graduate of Westport High School, Class of '57.  He moved to Trumbull in 1964.

Arthur worked for CITI Bank in New York City for over forty years.

He was an avid collector of HO model trains anddonated his large collection to the Housatonic Model Railway Club in Fairfield, CT.

Arthur is buried in the Maple Grove Cemetery in Westport with his beloved grandparents.
