Ava Rose Sullivan, 2½ years old was granted her angel's wings on December 23, 2009. Born on March 20, 2007 to Beth and Brendan Sullivan, Ava passed away after a prolonged illness.  Her final hours were spent surrounded by family and friends at Yale Children's Hospital. She is survived by her parents Beth and Brendan Sullivan of Stratford, Connecticut; brother Aidan, sisters Katelynn and Keira and grandparents Eugene and Kathleen Sullivan and Donna and Larry Wing of Stratford.  Ava is also survived by aunts and uncles, Madeleine Rumstay, Shalisha Roberts, and Kathryn, Patrick, Michael and Charlie Sullivan, and Andrew Jimenez, all of Stratford, Bonnie and Tony Stoll of Seymour, Betsy and Michael McCarthy of Tyngsboro, MA, and MaryBeth and Vincent Dimaggio of Boston, MA.  Ava's non-challant attitude, her personality and her warmth will be missed greatly.   Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:30am meeting directly at St. James Church, 2110 Main Street, Stratford with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery. Friends may call Monday 4-7pm in the Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull.
