Barbara Bartosik, age 84 of Trumbull passed away Saturday, August 24, 2013 in Bridgeport Hospital. The moment she departed it became a sad day, but a glorious day in heaven when she was reunited with her husbands, Vernon Bartosik and Jack Ford, her brother Tom, parents and other loved ones gone. Barbara was a registered nurse working for many years with Bridgeport Hospital, the Town of Trumbull Health Department and Trumbull School System. She is survived by her daughter Sarah O'Brien, son Jeffrey Ford, step-children, Sally Gibson, David and Mark Bartosik, and eight grandchildren, Dylan and Austin O'Brien, Zachary, Weston, Luke, Cody, Seth Bartosik, and Justin Ford. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00am meeting directly in Grace Episcopal Church, 5958 Main Street, Trumbull. Interment will follow in Lawncroft Cemetery, Fairfield. Friends may call Tuesday 4-7pm in the Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull.
