Betsy Anne Rouviere, age 86, of Bridgeport, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2013, at her home. Betsy was a lifelong Bridgeport resident and daughter of the late George and Ruth Lambert Roraback. She was a graduate of the Katherine Gibbs School and was still operating her own insurance brokerage business, which she was quite proud of. Betsy was very involved over the years with the Southbury Training School, Barnum Festival Society, Bridgeport Regional Business Council and the Painters, Decorators and Contractors Association. She is survived by her beloved son, a daughter, Jaime A. McElhill and husband Charles of Shelton, a sister, Sally Scott of MA, two grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Nancy Tomlinson.
