Candido Rivera, age 75 of Bridgeport passed away Sunday, August 18, 2019 at Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Salines, Puerto Rico he was the son of Candido and Seferina Colon Rivera. He is survived by his loving daughters, Sandra Marino and Damaris Velez, their mother, Migdalia Gonzalez, sister, Isabel Rivera and four grandchildren, Joshua, Jennifer, Genaro, and Emily, many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his son, Edwin Rivera, brothers and sister, Alejandro Altu, Virginia Ramos and William Rivera.
