Carol D. "Debbie" Henderson, age 84, a lifelong Bridgeport resident, passed away July 4, 2015 at Maplewood at Newtown. Carol was the beloved daughter of the late Charles H. and Genevieve Whelan Henderson. She retired as an executive secretary for Sikorsky Aircraft. Survivors include her devoted cousins, Richard Coburn and wife Jeanette of PA formerly of CT, Jacqueline Denton and husband Frank of CT, and Lorraine Ward and husband Donald of MA and several 2nd cousins. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 17, at 10:00a.m., in St. Andrew Church, 435 Anton Street, Bridgeport, with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, Stratford. There will be no prior calling hours.
