Chirag Mehta, age 49, of Trumbull, Connecticut, beloved husband of Swati, passed away on July 10th, 2023, in Smilow Cancer Hospital, New Haven, CT. Chirag was born in India, the son of Sirish and Pravina Mehta. He was living with his beloved wife (Swati), son (Kunal), daughter (Tanvi), mom (Pravina), and dad (Sirish). Chirag loved spending time with his family.

Chirag was working as a software consultant after having worked as a Senior Director and Senior Manager for NBC Universal, GE Aviation, and many other companies. He will be alive forever in our hearts with his charming smile and courage. His funeral and visitation service details are below. We will share the YouTube live link with our dear ones in India who are not able to attend in person.

Visitation/Shraddhanjali will be held Friday, July 14, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and 4 Gorham Place, Trumbull, CT 06611.

As per Hindu tradition, wearing white for a funeral means purity; it is used to show respect to the departed and the family. Please try to avoid wearing darker colors or black if you are attending in person.
