Edna M. Willis, age 92, of Bridgeport, died peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, August 19, 2012. Edna was born on February 11, 1920, to William and Elizabeth Dalton Willis. She graduated from Booth and Bayliss Business School and was employed by Remington Arms Company of Bridgeport for 48 years as an executive secretary. She was a lifelong Bridgeport resident. Edna was a very religious person and was a member of both St. Andrew and St. Patrick Parishes. She was also very much the lady and enjoyed her trips to the beauty parlor, as well as fine clothing and jewelry. She is survived by her longtime companion Michael Rampino Sr. of Bridgeport, Mike took great care of Edna and watched over her for more than 15 years. Edna was predeceased by her brother John Willis, also of Bridgeport. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 9:15a.m., from the Redgate – Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull and at 10:00a.m., in St. Patrick Church(lower Church), Bridgeport, with a Mass of Christian Burial.
