Edward F. Guntek, age 62 of Stratford died Monday March 7, 2011. He was the beloved husband of Betty Jean Mattini Guntek for 41 years, loving father of Edward S. Guntek of New York, and Tina Roy of Texas, loving brother of Charlene Guntek of Stratford, and grandfather of Andrew, Jack, and Sophia. Edward served in the U.S Army during the Vietnam War and was a chemist technician. He will be remembered as a truly good man who would do anything for anyone. Funeral services will be held Friday 1:00pm in the Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull. Interment will be private.
