Eileen A. Geaney Kelly, age 80, of Trumbull, beloved wife of the late Robert M. Kelly Sr., passed away Tuesday January 25, 2011. Eileen was born in Bridgeport, daughter of the late George J. and Frances M. Cuneo Geaney. She was a graduate of Lauralton Hall Class of 1947, College of New Rochelle Class of 1951, and received her elementary teaching certificate from Central Connecticut State University. Eileen taught for the Bridgeport Public School System before raising her family. She was a member of the Bridgeport Education Association and the Council of Catholic Women. Survivors include three devoted sons, Thomas E. Kelly and wife Marcy of Trumbull, Robert M. Kelly and wife Mary Ellen of Seymour and Michael J. Kelly and wife Kathryn of Monroe, a beloved sister, Mary Brown and husband Robert of Bridgeport, six grandchildren, Erica, R. Brennan, Lauren, Brianna, Michael and Liam, three nieces, Teri and Julie Brown and Martha Bilski and husband John. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00am meeting directly in St. Theresa Church, with a Mass of Christian Burial, Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
