Eleanor Nobitz Dooling, age 91, wife of the late Thomas Dooling passed away peacefully in Westport on Wednesday, August 5, 2015. Eleanor was born on September 26, 1923 to the late Charles and Mary Nobitz. She was a lifelong Bridgeport resident and a graduate of Harding High School. She worked at St. Vincent Hospital's admitting department and at Sikorsky Aircraft.  She is survived by her brother-in-law Dennis Dooling of Bridgeport, sister-in-law Anne Murray of Austin, TX, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her parents, her brother William Nobitz and her sisters-in-law. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:30am at Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull, CT 06611. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport.
