Elina T, 88 of Staten Island died June 23, 2010. She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond J. Neuberger Exec. Assist.  to 4 NYC Mayors. Elina retired from the City of NY Comptroller's Office and was currently  Exec. Assist. to Arthur Cheliotes, Pres. of  Local 1180 of the Communications Workers of America where she was employed for 35 yrs.  Elina is survived by many nieces & nephews. Friends may call Mon., June 28th  bet.9 & 10 AM, at the Redgate - Hennessy Funeral Home, 4 Gorham Pl, Trumbull, CT  followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM at Notre Dame Church, Morehouse Rd., Easton, CT . Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull, CT. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Leukemia & Lymphoma  Society or  American Lung  Assoc.
