Elizabeth "BJ" Donahue Cookman, age 95, of Shelton, formerly of Easton, passed away Monday, May 14, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late Prentice C. Cookman. Born in Bridgeport she was the daughter of Francis and Ann Sullivan Donahue. She was Secretary to the President of Sikorsky Aircraft and enjoyed travelling the world. Survivors include her stepdaughters, Mary Louise Schmerker and Carol Ann Magjarevich, step grandchildren, Jeffrey and John Schmerker, and Courtney Magjarevich and their families. She was predeceased by her stepson, Prentice (Corky) Cookman. In addition BJ is survived by many Sullivan family members.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:00 a.m., meeting directly at Willowbrook Cemetery, 395 Main Street, Westport.
