Eva M. Haug, age 84 a longtime resident of Trumbull, beloved wife of the late Kenneth F. Haug, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2015 in Griffin Hospital, Derby with her family by her side. Eva was born in Haverhill, MA, and was a resident of Trumbull before moving to Wesley Heights, Shelton a short time ago. She was a loving mother and grandmother who loved to make crafts, puzzles and enjoyed watching the wildlife.  Survivors include her children; Roy Young and wife Michele of Simpsonville, SC, Sharon Young and husband Robert Wicks  of Columbus, OH, Kathy Gabris and husband Alan of Beacon Falls, Patty Jenkins and husband Michael of Lawrenceville, GA, Debbie Valko and husband Edward of Derby, and Betty Tierney and husband Robert of Winder, GA, two sisters; Sylvia Stevens and husband Bill of Derby and Katherine Cogdill and husband William of Lexington, SC, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother John Leschensky. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:30a.m., in the Redgate – Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 5 to 8:00p.m., in the funeral home.
