Florence Louise Brotherton Carlson, age 93, formerly of Bridgeport passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018 in her home. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard A. Carlson. Born in Norwalk, she was the daughter of George and Sophie Brotherton. She resided in Orlando Florida with her granddaughter, Stacey Taylor along with her husband Brandon and BJ. Survivors include her sons, Bruce, Thomas and Russell Erickson and her daughter Dale, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:00a.m., in the Redgate - Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull. Interment will follow in Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport.
