Genevieve Kaminski Witalis, age 90, of Bridgeport, passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2012, in St. Vincent's Medical Center. Genevieve was born in Bridgeport, daughter of the late John and Helen Zaleska Kaminski. She proudly served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and retired from the Remington Rand Company. Genevieve was predeceased by her husband William and a daughter Kathleen. Survivors include her loving daughter, Cindi Dyer and her husband David and granddaughter, Pamela Dyer, all of Monroe; also loving nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 11:00a.m., meeting directly in Our Lady of Good Counsel Chapel, 163 Ortega Avenue, Bridgeport.
