Geraldine "Gerry" Nolan (March 11, 1931 – September 18, 2025) was proud to say she was born in the Bronx, NY, and soon afterwards relocated to Montreal, Canada where she grew up. After graduating from the Villa Maria, Gerry received nursing degrees from Saint Mary's Hospital and St. Mary of the Woods.

Gerry relocated to New York City and eventually Bridgeport, CT where she worked at St. Vincent's Hospital. It was there that she met her future boss and longtime friend, Everitt P. Dolan, MD, for whom she worked for many years.

Gerry was an extremely caring and kind person who would go out of her way to help those in need. Always upbeat and making jokes, she earned people's trust and affection. She was a devoted and much-loved sister, daughter, and aunt.

Predeceased by her parents, William H., and Veronica J. Nolan, as well as sisters Vera Awad and Marion S. Borgman. Gerry is survived by her brother, William Nolan, of Michigan, and several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces/nephews who she loved dearly.

All will deeply miss her intellect, humor, faith, and love of family. The family would like to extend special thanks to the Tulloch family, who welcomed Gerry as one of their own and kept her constantly laughing, along with the caring CNA's, Nursing team and staff at Cambridge Health & Rehabilitation. You allowed her to live her final days with dignity.
