Gertrude Fensky Pekar, age 96 of Trumbull died Sunday, December 5, 2010 at Maefair Health Care Center. She was the beloved wife of the late William Pekar. Born in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late Gustav and Bertha Weiss Fensky. Mrs. Pekar was a resident of Easton most of her life. She was a member of the Easton Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and a seamstress retiring from Crown Corsette. She is survived by her sisters, Freida Dickinson and Amelia Selski of Easton, and several nieces and nephews. Private services were arranged by Redgate - Hennessy Funeral Home, Trumbull.
