Harald Karl Dale M.D. age 85 of Trumbull passed away Thursday, May 9, 2024 at St. Vincent's Medical Center. He was the beloved husband of Marion Bengtson Dale. Born in Brooklyn, New York he was the son of George and Edith Rode Dale. He previously lived in Columbus, GA and Riverside, CT. Dr. Dale received his Medical Degree from NYU and was a Board-Certified Child Psychiatrist. He helped many children throughout his career, including his time working with the City of New York, Board of Education, and many orphanages. He was a US Army Veteran.  Dr. Dale enjoyed being in nature, fishing and boating, watching wildlife especially songbirds and geese. He enjoyed telling Jokes and sharing Puns as well as surfing the internet.  In addition to his wife, Marion, he is survived by his son, Karl and his wife, Juliet of Trumbull, his brother and sister in law, Dr.'s George and Phyllis Dale and his grandchildren, Jacqueline, Karl, Jr., Loralai and Caitlyn. Interment will be private. A Memorial service will be held, Saturday, June 1, 2024, at 1:00p.m., in Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Trumbull.
