Helen F. Budries, age 93, a longtime resident of Carmel Ridge, Trumbull, CT, passed away May 13, 2020 at Lord Chamberlain Health Care, Stratford. Helen was born in Port Chester, NY, daughter of the late Julius and Valarja Bante Burdries. She retired after a long career in physical therapy. While living at Carmel Ridge she established many friendships and was a member of Christ the King Church in Trumbull. Survivors include two nephews, John and Julius Budries, she was predeceased by her brother Paul Budries. Due to the pandemic her interment will be private in St. Mary's Cemetery, Rye Brook, NY.
