Helen Mudrick, age 80, a lifelong Bridgeport resident died Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport. She was the beloved daughter of the late Mary Bocchino Mudrick. Helen retired from John Hancock Insurance. She was a devout Catholic, dedicated parishioner and Eucharistic minister at St. Andrew Church. She also volunteered at St. Vincent's Medical Center. Survivors include her sisters Ann London of Bridgeport, Mary Klein of Arkansas, Carol Pelham of Bridgeport, brother Peter Mudrick of Bridgeport, best friend Kate Petite, several nieces and nephews especially her niece Pam London who was like a daughter to her and was by her side when she passed away. In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by her brothers, Michael, John, Joseph and Steven Mudrick. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00am in St. Andrew Church 435 Anton St. Bridgeport, CT, with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call Thursday morning 10:00am - 11:00am in St. Andrew Church.
