Irene McElroy Baldwin, age 92 of Bridgeport and Englewood, Florida died Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport. She was the beloved wife of the late John Robert Baldwin. Born in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late James A. and Marie Lennon McElroy. Survivors include her children, daughters, Connie B. O'Brien and her husband Edward of East Greenbush, N.Y. and Penelope B. Dawson of Redding, CT and son James Colby Baldwin and his wife Rose of Redding, CT, grandchildren, David O'Brien and his wife Lisa Ellis, Diane O'Brien-Wooller and her husband Mat, Christopher James Baldwin and May Baldwin, great grandchildren, Owen Wooller, Phoebe Wooller and Dashiell O'Brien. In addition to her husband and parents she was also predeceased by her brother James and sister Connie. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:30am in St. Augustine's Cathedral, Bridgeport with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be private.
