Josephine Jacek Pereiro, age 93, beloved wife of the late Joseph Pereiro, passed away September 30, 2013 at Cambridge Health & Rehabilitation Center, Fairfield. Josephine was the daughter of the late John and Anne Jacek and a lifelong Bridgeport resident. She was a member of the Altar Guild and Rosary Society at St. Patrick Church. Survivors include two daughters, Diane Pereiro (Renkavinsky) of Milford and Kathleen Pereiro Cody of Bridgeport, a sister, Stephanie Holodnak of Milford, three grandchildren, Aron Renkavinsky of Terryville, Mark Cody of Shelton and Patricia Cody Beneway of Danbury and five great grandchildren. Friends are invited to attend graveside services Monday at 11:30 a.m. in Mountain Grove of Easton Cemetery. There will be no prior calling hours.
