Kathleen M. Seifert, 64 passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 30, 2011 at Smilow Cancer Hospital.  Born in Youngstown, Ohio, she is the daughter of Josephine and the late Steven Seifert.  Kathy leaves behind her daughter, Holly Hamilton, her son Samuel S. Hamilton III and his wife Jamie Hamilton, Samuel S. Hamilton, father to Holly and Sam: her adoring grandchildren, Samuel S. Hamilton IV and Emma Hamilton, all of Fairfield.  Also, a younger brother David Seifert and his wife Mary Seifert of Girard, Ohio and her nephew Adam Seifert and his wife Julie Seifert of Pittsburgh, PA, along with many special friends. A Memorial Service Celebrating Kathy's life will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2011 at Greenfield Hill Congregational Church, 1045 Old Academy Road, Fairfield, CT at 10:30 am.  Burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Smilow Cancer Hospital @ Yale New Haven c/o Office of Development, P.O Box 1849 New Haven, CT 06508 or to the Greenfield Hill Congregational Church Music Fund, 1045 Old Academy Road, Fairfield, CT 06824.
