Kevin T. "Odie" Nilan, age 70, a lifelong resident of Bridgeport, passed away Monday, July 28, 2025, in St. Vincent's Medical Center. Kevin was the son of the late Thomas P. Nilan, Sr. and the  late Mary Corbo Nilan and his Mom Shirley Nilan. Kevin was a graduate of Central High School and attended Sacred Heart University. He had many cherished friendships going back to grammar school that he held very dear to this day. Kevin worked as a Title Searcher. A gifted lifelong golfer with a deep love and respect for the game, Kevin was a well-respected caddy at Brooklawn Country Club and Rolling Hills Country Club and developed many special relationships while working there. Besides golf Kevin's other passion was his love of yoga. He was truly a "Yoga Master".  Survivors include his stepmother Shirley Lucas Nilan, loving siblings and their families, Marylou Angell and husband Curt Angell, Thomas Nilan Jr. and wife Robin Nilan, Noreen Kusheba and husband Paul Kusheba Jr., and Dee Brown and husband Doug Brown, John Patrick, David Patrick and Paulette Patrick, nieces and nephews Katelyn Angell and partner Laure Borot, Kerri Joller and husband Jens Joller, and their children Jasper Joller, Florence Joller, Kylie Angell and husband Drew Angell and their child Holland Angell, Ryan Nilan, Taylor Nilan, Timothy Brown, Anna Brown, Adam Patrick and wife Shannon Patrick and their child Adeline Patrick, Christopher Patrick and Joseph Patrick. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Patrick Nilan.
