Lorraine Richard Gulas, age 81 of Trumbull, passed away Friday, January 29, 2010, in Griffin Hospital. Lorraine was born in New Haven, daughter of the late Levi and Alma Maillet Richard, and retired from Sikorsky Aircraft. Survivors include her loving children; a daughter Lisa Cooperbey and husband Daniel of Trumbull, two sons, Stephen G. Gulas of Shelton and Joseph M. Gulas and wife Alexis of Derby, brothers and sisters- in-law, Robert and Nancy Richard of MA, Henry and Judy Richard of NM, Harold and Sharon Richard of NV, Roger and Rachel Richard of CA, a sister Rita Rinaldo of Stratford, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Roger J. Gulas, two brothers George and Jerry Richard and a sister Aline Abramavidge. Funeral services will be held Monday at 10:00am in the Redgate – Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull. Entombment will follow in St. Monica's Mausoleum, in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
