Marchi (Malacahi) Johnson, age 78, died at St. Joseph Manor, in Trumbull, CT, on Saturday, June 2, 2018. Born on March 6, 1940, in Florence, South Carolina, he lived in Bridgeport, Connecticut, before settling in Trumbull, Connecticut. Survivors include his nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.  Preceded in death are his parents: Walter Johnson, Sr., Lillie Mae Johnson; brothers: Frank Johnson, Walter Johnson, Jr., Mack Johnson, Charlie Johnson and one sister, Sarah Mae Johnson. Service will be held on Friday, June 15, 2018, at 11:00 – 12:00, at Redgate – Hennessy Funeral Home, Four Gorham Place, Trumbull, CT.  06611. Burial will follow at Mountain Grove of Easton Cemetery.
