Margaret C. Barry Moran, age 94, of Bridgeport, beloved wife of the late Arthur V. Moran, passed away Friday, August 14, 2015, at St. Vincent's Medical Center, with her loving son John at her side. Margaret was born in Gardiner, Maine and has resided in Bridgeport most of her life. She enjoyed her time spent at the Bethany Senior Center and activities at the Carolton Chronic Convalescent Hospital. In addition to her devoted son, John T. Moran of Bridgeport, she leaves two brothers, William Barry of Westbrook and Dennis Barry and wife Deborah of Shelton, four sisters, Carol Fern and husband Bruce of Bridgeport, Joan Hammil of Trumbull, Patty D'Ausilio and husband Felix of Bridgeport and Kathleen Carbone of West Haven, many nieces and nephews, dear friends Elsie and Heidi of Bridgeport and Jimi of Arizona. She was predeceased by brothers and sister, Daniel, Edward, Robert and Elizabeth. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00a.m., in the Redgate – Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull, with the Rev. David DeVries, Pastor of the Trinity Baptist Church, Fairfield, officiating. Interment will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call Monday from 4:00 – 8:00p.m., in the funeral home.
