Marion Constance Bostic passed peacefully on June 21, 2021. She was born in Derby, CT on January 24,1944 to the late Cornelius and Lorraine Bacote. She was educated in Ansonia public schools and graduated from Ansonia High in 1962. She obtained her CNA license and worked at a few nursing homes. She was also employed by the Evening Sentinel. Marion was a long time member of Star Bethlehem Church in Ansonia. She served in many capacities including the Usher's Board and Missionary Team.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Roosevelt Bostic Sr. and brothers Kenneth "Aby" Bacote and James Bacote. She is survived by 3 children, Roosevelt Bostic Jr., Rochelle E. Bishop (Kevin) and Bridget L. Bostic. Also survived by 5 grandchildren, Nicole M. Needham, Kevin T. Bishop, Alexis D. Bishop, Ethan M. Bishop and Kiera A. Hopkins as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, long time friends and church family.

The family would also like to thank Marion's longtime caregivers and staff at Gardner Heights nursing home.
