Marjorie Helene "Aline" Tozzi, age 97 of Bridgeport passed away Monday, October 29, 2018 at St. Vincent's Medical Center. She was the beloved wife of the late James F. Tozzi. Born in Burlington, Vermont she was the daughter of the late Franz and Jennie DeMuller Yantz. Aline was a factory worker for Remington Arms during World War II and later worked for the Heim Corporation in Fairfield. She was an avid animal lover who rescued dogs and cats. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and going to the horse races. She is survived by her loving daughter Sharyn Beardsley of Trumbull, grandchildren, Heather Beardsley Widman and her husband Jonathan, and Jamie Beardsley, sister-in-law Rosemary Tozzi and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her sons, James Kirk Tozzi and Glenn Francis Tozzi.  Friends may greet her family Thursday morning 11:00am – 12 noon in the Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull.
