Mary Petro Feather, age 94 of Fairfield died Friday, July 26, 2013 at St. Vincent's Medical Center. She was the beloved wife for 43 years of the late Russell Feather and mother of the late Joseph, Gary and Russell Feather Jr. Mary was for many years a volunteer at the Fireside Apartments, R.S.V.P.  the Retired Senior Volunteer Program of Eastern Fairfield County and for the Salvation Army Greater Bridgeport Elderly Nutrition Program  She is survived by her loving son, Robert A. Feather and his wife, Mirella of Fairfield, grandsons, Gary Feather Jr. and Christopher Feather and several nieces and nephews. In additions to her husband and three sons she was predeceased by her brother and sisters, Joseph Petro, Elizabeth Gilleran, Irene Daly, Barbara Cacioploi and Ethel Zahornacky.  Friends may call Tuesday 4-8pm in the Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull.
