Michael S. Gasper Jr., age 76 of Trumbull died Monday, April 22, 2013 at his home with family members by his side. He was the beloved husband of Rosemary Paternoster Gasper. Born and raised in Bridgeport, Mr. Gasper moved his family to Woodmere Drive in Trumbull where he has been a resident for the past forty years. He was a retired cost analyst and also served in the U.S. Naval Reserves. Survivors in addition to his wife Rosemary include his loving children, son Michael D. Gasper and his wife Linda of Trumbull, daughter Patricia McCarthy of Ridgefield, brother Richard Gasper of Fairfield, sister Jane Wilson of Seymour, four grandchildren, Michael and Matthew Gasper and Tommy and Colleen McCarthy, and his many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00am meeting directly in St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main Street, Trumbull with a Mass of Christian Burial. Friends may call Thursday 5-8pm in the Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull.
