Michael H. Mraz, age 74 of Bridgeport died peacefully Monday, February 26, 2024 at the West Haven Veterans Administration Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Sun Hatch. Michael was a retired solderer – inspector for Krell Industries and formerly worked for Avco-Lycoming. He served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, daughter Bora Mraz and her husband Rami Jaber, daughter Brenda Hatch, and son Mark Hatch, his sister Marcia Becker and her husband Jay, five grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was pre-deceased by his parents, Frank and Mamie Ballew Mraz, and his first wife, Kyung Nim "Tanya" Mraz. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10 AM in the Redgate Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull. Interment with Full Military Honors will follow in Mountain Grove of Easton Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday 5 to 8 PM with a prayer service beginning at 7PM.
