Myron P. Hardy, age 81 from Trumbull died Thursday May 13, 2010 at The Watermark Health Center. Born in Bridgeport on July 27, 1928, he was the President of Peerless Aluminum Foundry Co., Inc in Bridgeport. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Leslie M. Hardy, two children, Leigh H. Graham and her husband Scott Graham and David P. Hardy and his wife Kathryn M. Hardy, two grandchildren, Alyssa L. Graham and Ian D. Graham, a niece and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Peter and Anastasia Hardy and his sister Nadine Penkoff. He was a 58 year member of The Masonic Fraternity. He was a member of the National Rifle association. He was an avid gardener and part-time farmer in Southbury. He enjoyed the game of golf as a member of Brooklawn Country Club. Friends may call Monday 4-8pm in the Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull. Burial will be private for the family. Friends and family are invited to a memorial service at Southport Congregational Church, 524 Pequot Avenue, Southport on Tuesday, May 18th at 11:00am.
