Nello "Dino" Suffredini, age 81 of Bridgeport, beloved husband of Dorothy Mancinelli Suffredini, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2013 in his home surrounded by his family. Nello was a graduate of Central High School, class of 1949. He was a retired Brick Forman for both E & F and Petrucci Construction Companies. Nello was a member of the Bricklayer and Allied Craftsman Union, the Knights of Columbus Park City Council, and enjoyed trips to the casino. Survivors in addition to his beloved wife include his devoted daughters; Deena Allen and husband Colin of Monroe, Nancy Noccioli and husband Brian of Shelton, and Judy Taylor of Stratford, two brothers; Luciano Suffredini of Milford, and Vincent Antidormi of Bridgeport, a sister Mary Fico of Bridgeport, seven grandchildren; Kyle, Matthew, and Christian Allen, Daniel Noccioli, Megan, Gabriele, and Ian Taylor, and several nieces and nephews. Nello was predeceased by his father Settimo Suffredini, his mother Maria Gianassi Antidormi, stepfather Vinanzio Antidormi, an infant granddaughter Carly Allen, and two brothers Fred and Andy Antidormi. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:00a.m., meeting directly in St. Andrew Church, 435 Anton Street, Bridgeport, with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call Friday (TODAY) from 4:00p.m. to 8:00p.m., in the Redgate – Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull.
