Noreen A. Morrissey, age 68 of the Lordship section of Stratford, passed away Monday, June 19, 2017 in St. Vincent's Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Stan Bean. Noreen was born in Bridgeport daughter of Mildred F. Mitchell Morrissey and late William T. Morrissey, and was a Lordship resident for thirty years. She was a graduate of Lauralton Hall, class of 1966 and received her bachelors of science from Sacred Heart University. Noreen worked for Aztec Management and was a close family friend of the Liptons. She was a member of Gaelic American Club. In addition to her mother Mildred Morrissey, survivors include her sister Maryellen Ericson and husband Peter of Bridgeport, her aunt Eileen Morrissey, several cousins and dear friends. The family sends a special thanks to Diane and Elaine Pivirotto. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:00a.m., from the Redgate – Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull, and at 11:00a.m., in Our Lady of Peace Church, 651 Stratford Road, Stratford, with a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery Garden Mausoleum. Friends may call Thursday morning from 9:00a.m. to 10:00a.m, in the funeral home.
