Pamela M. Palumbo Birmingham, age 65 of Bridgeport passed away Saturday, November 9, 2019 in her home, surrounded by her family, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Lucille Pavia Palumbo. She was employed as a technician at Perkin Elmer. She was a determined and amazing woman. There was nothing she couldn't do from singing, to baking, to plumbing or even splitting wood. Most of all she loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her loving son, Jim Birmingham and his wife, Carrie of Derby, her fiancé, Arnold Musante of Bridgeport, grandchildren, Amanda, Alyssa, and Alexis, brothers, Robert and Frank Palumbo, and her nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Pete, sister, Claudia, and nephew, Peter. Friends may greet her family Saturday from 10:00a.m. to 1:00p.m., in the Redgate - Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull.
