Patricia N. Schultz age 91 of Monroe died Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at Lord Chamberlain. She was the daughter of George and Elizabeth Carris. Born in Monroe at the family farm house, she attended a one room school house there, Bassick High School and Booth and Baylis Business School. She married Robert J. Schultz who predeceased her. Patricia worked in the Monroe Post Office for many years. She was a member of St. Jude Parish of Monroe where she sang in the choir. She is survived by her stepson Robert P. Schultz and his wife Marilyn of Trumbull, four grandsons; Jeffrey, Todd, Craig and Gregory Schultz and two granddaughters, Dr. Beth Schultz-Scott of Texas and Heidi Akerman of New Hampshire, many great grandchildren and her sister-in-law Janice Carris , and daughter-in-law Joan Fitzgerald. She was predeceased by her brother George Carris, her son Paul Edward and grandson Derek. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00am in St. Jude Church, Monroe with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Monroe Center Cemetery. Friends may greet her family Monday 4-7pm in the Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull.
