Patrick J. Nilan, age 66 of Rocky Hill, passed away Friday, September 23, 2016. Patrick was born in Bridgeport son of Thomas P. Nilan Sr. and the late Mary Corbo Nilan. He was a graduate of Notre Dame Hign School, Class of 1968 and an avid fan of the Beatles and the Giants. In addition to his beloved father Tom and mother Shirley of Trumbull, he leaves four brothers Kevin T. Nilan of Bridgeport, Thomas P. Nilan Jr. and wife Robin of Wolcott, John Patrick of New York City and David Patrick and wife Paulette of Shelton, three sisters Marylou Angell and husband Curtis of Trumbull, Noreen Kusheba and husband Paul of Fairfield and Geraldine Brown and husband Doug of Centreville, Virginia, an uncle Robert Nilan and wife Joan of Shelton, five nieces Katelyn, Kerri, Kylie, Taylor and Anna and five nephews Adam, Ryan, Christopher, Joseph and Timothy. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, at 10:00 a.m., in the Redgate - Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull. Interment will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery. Friends may call Monday, 4:00 - 7:30 p.m. and Tuesday morning after 9:00 a.m., until service time.
