In Loving Memory of Pearline (Small) Rowe who passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 19, 2022.

Pearline was born on July 22, 1931, to the late Samuel & Louise Small.  Predeceased by her beloved late husband Charles and her son David.  She was the loving mother to Olive and her husband Ron, Owen, Alexander, and Thrifine.  Caring Grandmother to Adrien (great granddaughter Adriana), Alonzo and his wife Penelope, Tony-Ann, and to Teagan and her husband Blake.  A cherished sister-in-law to so many (you know who you are).  Pearline will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all her nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
