Robert Larocque, age 58 of Stratford passed away Monday, November 2, 2015 in his home surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Laura J. Locke Larocque. Born in Ansonia he was the son of the late Maurice and Marie Beard Larocque and has been a Stratford resident since 1988. Robert was custodial supervisor for the Fairfield Board of Education. In addition to his wife, Laura he is survived by his loving children, Donna Marholz and her husband Douglas of Florida, Michael B. Larocque and Caitlyn Larocque, both of Stratford, brothers, Bruce Larocque and his wife Linda of Beacon Falls and Wayne Larocque of North Carolina, sister Susan Thomason and her husband Curtis of North Carolina, grandson Brodie Marholz, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday at 9:00am from the Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull at 10:00am in Holy Name of Jesus Church, Stratford with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be announced. Friends may call Thursday 4-8pm.
