Rosa Escandon DeBarros age 92 of Bridgeport, beloved wife of the late Miguel DeBarros, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2014 in St. Vincent's Medical Center. Rosa was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, daughter of the late Juan and Herlinda Lopez Escandon, and was a retired seamstress with Swan Manufacturing, Norwalk.  She lived in Norwalk for many years, retiring to Florida, and then coming to Bridgeport to be near her family. Survivors include her six devoted children Carlos Rodriguez, Juan Barros, Norma Infante, Gladiz Barros, Julia Gomez, and Lina Rojas, many cherished grandchildren and great grandchildren, and one great great grandson. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 12:00p.m., in the Redgate – Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull. Interment will be private in St. John's Cemetery, Norwalk.
