Rose Ann Perchaluk Nehez, 81, of Monroe, Connecticut, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at St. Vincent Medical Center.

Rose Ann was born on February 21, 1945, in Bridgeport to the late Robert and Sophie Perchaluk. She was preceded in death by her beloved sister, Barbara Trotta.

Rose Ann is loved by everyone who knows her and devoted her life to being a wonderful mother and grandmother. She is survived by her two loving sons, John "Mickey" Nehez and his wife, Theresa, and Kevin Nehez and his wife, Cassandra, all of Monroe.

Rose Ann has a passion for cooking and baking, and thoroughly enjoys watching baseball. She is known for her kindness, strength, wisdom, and her fondness for The Peanuts. Above all, she cherishes spending time with her family.

Rose is the proud grandmother of three grandchildren, Julia, Krista, and Liam, all of Monroe. She will be forever in our hearts.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, March 19, at 11:00 a.m., meeting directly at Saint Jude Church, Monroe. Interment will follow at St. John’s Cemetery, Monroe.

Friends may call on Wednesday, March 18, from 4:00–7:00 p.m. at the Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull.
