Salvatore R. D'Agostino, age 90 of Trumbull passed away Thursday, February 7, 2013 at St. Raphael's Hospital. He was the beloved husband of the late Mary P. O'Keefe D'Agostino. Born in Hartford on December 25, 1922, Mr. D'Agostino was a graduate of the University of Connecticut and an U.S. Army Veteran serving as a medic in World War II. He was an engineering liaison for 20 years with Avco Lycoming – Textron and also loved sports and music. He is survived by his loving children, son John D'Agostino of Arlington, VA, and daughter Kathy Banca and her husband Peter of Branford. Funeral services will be rescheduled in St. Augustine's Cathedral with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, Stratford.
